Feel Good Friday – 2/27/26

There are days at Helping Hands when you just feel it — this isn’t just a pantry.

It’s a family. It’s connection. It’s grace.

Last week, one of our incredible volunteers stopped by with bags of pet food prepped by her 4H kids. Young hands, big hearts. They wanted to make sure that when families are struggling, their pets don’t go hungry either. 🐾

That’s who you are.

You are the people who see a need and quietly meet it.

You are the kids who give up allowance money.

You are the neighbors who drop off groceries.

You are the volunteers who show up again and again.

Tomorrow, we’re meeting with a guest to begin working on a housing plan — a step toward stability, dignity, and hope. Food is often the first bridge. From there, relationships grow. Conversations happen. Doors begin to open.

In times that can feel heavy and uncertain, this ministry reminds us:

Light still shines.

Good people still care.

Hope is still alive.

Helping Hands feels like family to so many because it is family — Montana style. We take care of our neighbors.

If you’ve been looking for a way to push back against the darkness, this is it. In dark times, generosity shines even brighter. ✨

Let’s keep the light on together.
